  The providers at Partners in Family Practice are very proactive when it comes to our patient’s health and well-being. Please be aware that we ask our patients to have age appropriate screenings/testing. We also ask that certain medical diagnoses have recommended testing and screening. The intake nurse will go over this further during the screening process.
